If you have experienced a completely toned body, and plan your day around your exercise schedule: Congratulations! You are one in a million!
For the rest of us. We bounced from one aerobic class to the next, we contorted our bodies, walked too many miles on a treadmill that seems to go nowhere; eaten a few calories; yet, our bodies seem to expand, we crunched, pushed, pulled and jumped for many years with very little results and too little satisfaction.
I am one in a Million. I live and breathe fitness. I tried everything and anything coming my way. I am fit and so I thought. My latest adventure surprisingly came from a very unexpected place: Pole Dancing. Women across the globe are raving about the benefits of taking pole dancing classes or learning at home.
Pole Dance is my way to stay fit. This form of exercise increases core, upper body strength and your legs. The best part about pole dancing is, you barely know you are exercising. From holding a pole at a stand still to spinning to climb; I have accomplished a task in a way that I never thought it would be possible.
BUT WAIT…Pole Dance is not just for women! Pole dancing (Sample Routine) as an exercise is very similar to Mallakhamb, an Indian men’s sport with no erotic component, but there is no evidence of a link. If you are a mountain climber, you are in for a good treat.
Pole Dance is a whole new way to build strength, look good, sexy, and fun.
